can provide start-up, training, after sale service
and spare parts delivery all over the world.

Upon delivery of each means, highly qualified technicians are available directly onsite for the first commissioning of the machines and to train the operators.
Moreover, we can train the technicians for the complete maintenance of our machines and, thanks to several collaboration agreements all over the world, we can provide efficient and immediate support as well as prompt spare parts delivery to all our customers. Italcarrelli can also provide programmed maintenance services and full-service agreements.

FAST SPARE PARTS DELIVERY

Thanks to our after sale service network, we are able
to provide a very fast answer to our customers.

We have agreements with hundreds of assistance centers in the world to provide the best
technical service to our customers regardless of where they are located. Furthermore,
we can send our high skilled technicians all over the world to provide the assistance
service needed from our customers.

We have improved our internal organization of back office assistance so we can provide
spare parts to our customers in a very short time, often within 24h from
the receiving of the communication.

REMOTE ASSISTANCE UNIT

All Italcarrelli machines can be equipped
with remote assistance unit

a system thanks to which the Italcarrelli technicians can get connected with the machines from our headquarters
at any time and perform check-up, debugs, change settings, modify softwares, etc.
